The Mason Neck Lions Club charter night was very well attended.
Awards were given, including a Melvin Joseph Fellowship given to LCAC executive director Rob Rutland-Brown, rarely given to a non-Lion member.

Attendees enjoyed our grilling and the free commemoration program of the 246th anniversary of the Virginia Declaration of Rights! The food service for Declaration Day at Gunston Hall was a good time for all involved and we want to thank everyone who helped. We had a good turnout with 12 members helping
